Pedro

Hi, I'm Pedro

I'm not a guru. I'm not here to tell you how to do anything. I'm just a guy walking his own path, figuring things out, and writing down what I'm learning along the way.

To date, that path has led to over $100M in revenue. But I feel like I'm just getting started. God has put something much bigger on my heart: a mission to bring over a billion families closer together.

You can find me on LinkedIn.

What You'll Get From Following Along

I write for people navigating the messy middle of entrepreneurship. The season where there's no playbook, where the world is changing faster than you can keep up, and where you have to make decisions in the dark and trust that you're moving in the right direction.

With AI and robotics advancing at a pace none of us have seen before, there's no proven path anymore. You have to assess your hand every single day and discern the best move forward. That's what I'm doing, and I'm sharing all of it.

This isn't news updates or surface-level commentary. It's me in the trenches, tinkering, getting reps, figuring out what actually works. When I crack something, I share the whole thing. The parts that were hard to figure out. The parts that finally clicked. So you can take what's useful and apply it to your own journey.

My hope is that my thinking helps you think deeper about your own path, avoid costly mistakes I've already made, and capitalize on what's actually working right now.

About Me

I grew up in the Bronx. If you've spent any time there, you understand something very quickly: no one is coming to save you. If anything is going to change, it's up to you. That reality shaped me early. I learned resourcefulness before I learned much of anything else.

At five years old, I told my dad I was going to be a millionaire. I don't know where that came from, but it became my obsession. I chased it relentlessly until it happened.

And then I realized it wasn't the thing.

What followed was a season of unraveling. I went searching for who I was beyond status, recognition, and income. I found absolute peace at the lowest point of my life. That's when everything started to shift in a way I couldn't have predicted.

I discovered that business could be more than selling products for profit. A business can stand for something more. It can take a stand against something. It can be part of the solution, as companies like Patagonia have demonstrated. This is the line I'm most interested in exploring: where impact-driven entrepreneurship meets building some of the fastest growing companies of tomorrow.

That shift came from reading Evolved Enterprise by Yanik Silver. The book's premise: rethink, reimagine, and reinvent your business to deliver meaningful impact and even greater profits. After feeling pretty defeated, I fell back in love with business, but from a completely different angle.

After that, I spent years working with some of the most respected thought leaders in the world. New York Times bestselling authors, 7-9 figure businesses. Helping them with branding, marketing, and sales.

Then, in early 2025, the vision for HUM HOME came through. My business partner and I had been throwing around a bunch of different ideas before this one really chose us. It called me in so powerfully that I shut everything else down to give it all of my energy. In our first three months, we hit a $1M annual run rate, and we're just getting started.
